Legend

I made this conceptual poster for the theatrical show "Legend", currently being held in the Thalia Theatre in Hamburg and directed by Kirill Serebrennikov. “LEGEND” presents the world of the famous filmmaker Sergei Parajanov. Serebrennikov features many layers of Parajanov’s multifaceted talent. He is as a poet, a wanderer, a fighter, a rebel and beatiful dreamer. “I will take my revenge on the world through love” said Sergei Parajanov. I found inspiration in his dreaminess and well-known movie “The Colour of Pomegranates”, 1969. I used cloud’s shapes and intertwined them with the play’s title.
