Mario Botta’s Casa a Ligornetto
I designed this conceptual poster on Peter Bankov school №25 in April. This poster pays tribute to Mario Botta’s Casa a Ligornetto, drawing inspiration from its bold symmetry and monumental form. The central black shape echoes the house’s facade, while the grid background nods to architectural drafting. Vibrant color blocks—sky blue, white, and green—reflect the natural context of the building. Expressive black brushstrokes break through the geometric order, symbolizing the tension between structure and emotion—mirroring how Botta balances rigid form with human experience. The result is a striking visual dialogue between architecture and art.
