Glad to share some exciting news—I’ve been invited to host a solo exhibition as part of ADM’s 20th Anniversary celebrations! Since the exhibit is in Singapore, I wanted to draw inspiration from my trip there last year. Thinking about places that left a lasting impression, Singapore’s stunning Botanic Gardens immediately came to mind. Playing with the phrase “Shapes in Bloom,” I didn’t want to focus on the flowers themselves. Instead, I thought—where there are beautiful flowers, there are butterflies. In my work, typography takes on the role of flowers, attracting these bright, vibrant shapes to land on them. “Shapes in Bloom: The Posters of Anastasia Temirkhan” runed from March 10–21, 2025, at ADM, NTU Singapore.
